Megan Eddinger has led the Muhlenberg College Field Hockey program since 2005. Also serving as the Senior Woman Administrator, Eddinger has built a tradition of excellence marked by six Centennial Conference playoff appearances, wins over nationally ranked opponents, and the 2016 ECAC Championship. Across her tenure as head and assistant coach, she has guided the Mules to a 175–146 record.

Eddinger reached the 100-win milestone in 2015 and became Muhlenberg’s all-time winningest coach the following year. The 2016 season stands as one of the best in program history, with school records for wins (18), shutouts (11), and goals scored (61). That same season, the Mules captured the ECAC title, and Eddinger coached the program’s first-ever NFHCA First Team All-American.

A 2001 graduate of Gettysburg College, Eddinger was a four-year starter and captain, helping the Bullets capture three Centennial Conference championships and earn NCAA Tournament berths in 1998 and 1999. She was a four-time All-Centennial Conference honoree and a 1999 All-South Region selection.

Beyond the collegiate season, Eddinger has contributed to U.S. Field Hockey’s Futures program and coached USA Athletes International teams in Barbados.
